Why you should have a therapy!

Additionally, they a relaxing atmosphere that can help reduce stress and promote mental clarity.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the use of plant Essential oil for therapeutic purposes. Essential oils are readily absorbed into the body via the skin & lungs; these are believed to affect the body physically, mentally & emotionally. When combined with massage, an aromatherapy treatment can be either deeply relaxing or uplifting depending on the oils and massage techniques used by the therapist.

Massage involves working the soft tissue of the body to ease day to day stresses & muscular tension as well as to promote relaxation and improve circulation. It helps to increase delivery of blood and oxygen to the treated areas and can also be used in support of other therapies to assist in the rehabilitation of muscular injuries.

Many aspiring & professional athletes have massage before and after training and competing in order to stay in optimum condition and aid recovery.

There is a growing body of evidence to suggest that massage can be effective in helping to treat certain chronic conditions such as fibromyalgia and low back pain. In guidelines produced in 2009 by the national institute for health and clinical excellence (NICE) manual therapies, including massage, are recommended for the early management of persistent non-specific low back pain.
